The Future Leaders Project (FLP) sets out to educate, inspire, and empower young people aged 15 to 26 in 10,000 cities worldwide, and nurture them to become wise, compassionate, and mindful individuals.
By helping them unlock their potential and discover their unique abilities, we enable them to actively invest their energy, passion and ambition to co-create a thriving, regenerative future for themselves, their communities, their cities and the planet.
Our initiating program is the Future Leaders Quest, a free 7-session course designed to spark curiosity and empower participants with the knowledge to access essential skills for personal and societal thrivability.
This transformative journey promotes leadership, creativity, and resilience while fostering a sense of agency and Response-ability.
Building upon the Quest, we offer a range of programs for holistic education, social impact projects, and opportunities to create innovative solutions for communities, businesses, cities and regions.
However, FLP is for everyone committed to co-creating thriving urban spaces through collaboration. Centered on youth as catalysts for change, it also supports parents, educators, and institutions with tools to nurture their development. By partnering with ESG organisations, city administrations, and sponsors, FLP advances community-driven solutions and regenerative development. Together, we can redefine education, inspire an evolved leadership, and create a legacy of thrivability.
